Delighted to announce the Kern Group was awarded a new grant through NSF’s Dynamics of Coupled Natural Human Systems (CNH2) program. We’re collaborating with several folks at UNC-Chapel Hill and the University of Utah to better understand the link between drought, heat waves, emissions from the power sector, and human health impacts from air pollution. The lead on the proposal is Jason West.
