Algal biofuels paper accepted in JWRPM

We just had a paper accepted by the Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management. It’s about multi-objective tradeoffs that emerge when co-locating algae cultivation with existing municipal wastewater treatment facilities. In theory, algae could help sequester nitrogen and phosphorus from waste streams, potential avoiding fertilizer costs and reducing pressure on downstream TMDLs.
