Congrats to Ece Akdemir on publishing her first PhD paper in the journal Biomass and Bioenergy. Ece used many-objective evolutionary algorithms and mathematical programming to optimize the design of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production pathways in the U.S. Cornbelt. It was a collaboration with Jason Quinn’s group at Colorado State.
